This plain-language notice describes the website’s current behavior. Problem Line and Partner Inquiry submissions are processed through the website hosting/form provider. The separate Stage-1 Service Fit Request is hosted by Jotform and is submitted to that third-party form provider only when you choose to send it. If WTF materially changes how the site collects or uses information, this notice will be updated to match.
What this website collects
Talk to W performs its guided triage in your browser and does not transmit those guided answers by itself. If you continue to the full Problem Line or Partner Inquiry, the website shows a review copy first when JavaScript is available. The form is transmitted only after you choose Send to WTF. Those submissions are processed through the website hosting/form provider. Like most hosted websites, the hosting infrastructure may also process basic technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site.
Information you may choose to provide
You may choose to provide contact information, descriptions of real-world problems, the business/product/system involved, a general region or approximate time, frequency and impact, workarounds, desired outcomes, follow-up permission, or business-partner inquiry information.
Do not send sensitive or confidential information
Public forms are not intended for confidential invention details, trade secrets, unpublished technical drawings, patent-sensitive mechanisms, private medical information, Social Security or other government ID numbers, passwords, financial account information, confidential employer information, exact home addresses, live location, family schedules, or unnecessary personal information about other people.
How information may be used
Information you intentionally submit through Netlify Forms, the Jotform Stage-1 Service Fit Request, or email to WTF may be reviewed for product-development research, problem-pattern analysis, customer validation, service-fit evaluation, business inquiries, and related WTF operations.
Advertising, analytics and sale of data
WTF does not sell public-form submissions or personal information to advertisers. This release does not intentionally include advertising trackers, marketing pixels, user accounts, or a mailing-list signup. If that changes materially, this notice will be updated.
Retention and requests
WTF may keep information you intentionally submit for as long as reasonably needed to review the matter, respond, maintain ordinary business records, protect the company, or satisfy applicable obligations. You may email WTFProductDevelopment@gmail.com to ask about information you submitted or request a reasonable correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or legitimate business-record reasons.
